Hi there, I am writing this pre-dated blog as a notifier to cover my work. I have been publishing similar privacy-policies on other sites and it was difficult to keep up to my spread out work, hence I promise to keep the policy centralized and updated. Not to mention, that this policy supersedes all other digital policies issued on other channels/websites.

What is this policy

This policy draft is to inform readers/visitors/consumers/users/clients (described as users) for any Apps/Websites/Services/Softwares (described as assets) owned by vishwarajanand in parts or full regarding the policies of use/consumption/distribution/monetization (described as consume) after modification or as-is basis. This policy could be applied in parts or full as I deem fit on a case-by-case basis. When I use the word my it means those covered via this policy.

Consumption

Individuals or Bots are free to consume my digital assets covered by this policy for experimental purposes at no cost and on an as-is basis. This can happen by visiting my websites, downloading or installing my apps, including my libraries for compile/building software, using my tools and services.

My assets are free, but I would request consumers to give me the due credits when possible.

Information collection

If users agree to consume my assets owned by me then users agree to the collection and use of information (including but not limited to personally identifiable information - PII). The PII could be used for providing and improving the services or reaching back in rare cases, or monetized without informing.

Log Data

Whenever users use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on users’ phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as user’s device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of users use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to users browser from the website that users visit and are stored on users device memory.

My services may not use these “cookies” in-explicitly. However, the assets may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collection information and to improve their services. Users have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to users device. If users choose to refuse our cookies, the user may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

I may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To provide the Service on our behalf;

• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If users are a parent or guardian and users are aware that users child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

Conflicts

If I get any objection to the usage of my assets at any point of time, I will reach back via one or more contact-media and clients are expected to have a human respond to my queries and inform escalation paths in the hierarchy so that my complaints can be addressed smoothly.

Changes to This Policy

I may update Policy from time to time. Thus, users are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will not be able to notify users of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted here.
